Refund policy

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after the day of receipt, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, click here for the return form and send an email to: info@azunapillows.nl. When submitting your return request, you can indicate the reason for the return.

After your registration, you will receive a return label which you can use to send the package back via PostNL.

Refund

You will receive a full refund of your order amount. A fee of €9.50 per package will be deducted from the refunded amount to cover return shipping costs.

We will refund the amount owed within 14 days of receiving your return request, provided the product has been received by us in good condition.

Refunds are processed via the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

Condition of the product

During the cooling-off period, you must handle the product and its packaging with care. If the product or packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to charge a depreciation fee.
