You have the right to cancel your order up to 30 days after the day of receipt without providing any reason.

After registration, you will automatically receive a return label allowing you to return the package via PostNL.

Refund

You will receive the full order amount back. For the return shipment, an amount of €9.50 per package will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

We will refund the amount due within 14 days of receiving your return, provided the product has been received by us in good order.

The refund will be made via the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Condition of the product

During the cooling-off period, you must handle the product and packaging with care. If the product or packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to charge a reduction in value. Return address
